
Pedal Power the all-ability cycling service based at Alyn Waters Country Park in Wrexham has reopened from Wednesday 5th May 2021. Pedal Power has been closed for the last 4 months due to the Covid-19 restrictions and is currently working hard on its’ preparations to re-open with a new booking system in place and ensuring all social distancing guidelines and hygiene protocols are followed.
Pedal Power is the perfect place to get some fresh air and enjoy the perks of cycling. From complete beginners, all ability cyclists, more experienced cyclists and families, Pedal Power provides a welcoming place to cycle in a traffic-free, tranquil environment with a wide range of cycles for all.
Peter Kennedy, Pedal Power Cycling Officer said, “Pedal Power is delighted to re-open and to welcome our customers old and new. We will be open every Wednesday and Friday from May 5th with sessions by appointment from 10 am. We have bikes for all abilities available, a traffic-free cycle path with bikes available to hire at only £5 per session. Helmets are included in the bike hire although people are welcome to bring their own. We can’t wait to welcome you back”.
