Pedal Power are excited to announce that they have had a boost to funding through the KFC Foundation UK. The all ability cycling service based at Alyn Waters Country Park, Wrexham, was selected amongst various local organisations across KFC restaurant communities in the UK, with the aim of empowering young people to fulfil their potential.
Pedal Power will be using the funding to deliver cycling activity sessions for young people with the aim of increasing their confidence and well being through cycling activities.
The sessions will encourage young people to get active, broaden their horizons and learn new skills through fun cycling activities and bike maintenance sessions.
Cycling 4 All the charity that runs and manages Pedal Power wants to say a huge thank you to the KFC Foundation for recognising the work they do to improve the lives of young people in and around Wrexham.
